a) Extra person in villa per night above 12 years inclusive of American Breakfast is an additional cost of 35.00 USD.

b) No charge for one (1) child under 12 years in existing bedding sharing with two (2) adults. Includes American Breakfast.

c) Extra child under 12 years inclusive of American Breakfast, is an additional cost of 25.00 USD.

Terms and Conditions

•  Deposit of 20% of accommodation package is required to secure your reservation.

•  Prices are in USD and include 21% tax and service charge.

•  Credit card deposit will only be charged after the booking is confirmed. Once the credit card is processed, the company will email/fax your confirmation to you, which must be retained for check-in purposes.

•  Full payment of accommodation package is required five (5) days before arrival.

•  A 3% handling fee will be charged when paying by credit card.

Cancellation Policy

•  If you wish to cancel your booking after confirmation, a cancellation fee will apply in accordance with our company policy. The cancellation fee varies according to the timing of your cancellation as well as your check-in date.

- Individual Traveller

•  Cancellation or amendments made within 14 (fourteen) days of arrival date without prior notice, will be subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to one night's room rate plus 21% service and tax.

•  Cancellations or amendments made within 7 (seven) days of the arrival date or no show without prior notice, will be subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to (the number of night booked) x (room rate) plus 21% service and tax

- Group Bookings

Applies to reservations made by individuals directly with the hotel using special rates and conditions as part of a "group block".

•  Cancellations or amendments made within 14 (fourteen) days of the arrival date without prior notice, will be subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to one night's room rate plus 21% service charge and tax
